The scope included structural modifications to open the ground floor plan, a full roof insulation and truss reinforcement package, and complete interior fit-out including new flooring, ceiling systems, and all timber trims throughout. Noblewood managed the full programme from structural works through to the finishing coat — one team, one standard, applied from start to finish.

Structural Wall Removal & Reinstatement — Removal of load-bearing internal walls with new steel and timber beam installation to create an open-plan ground floor layout.
Roof Truss Reinforcement — Full assessment and structural reinforcement of the existing roof truss system, bringing it up to current structural and thermal performance standards.
Full Interior Strip-Out & Fit-Out — Complete strip-out of all existing finishes followed by full new interior fit-out including flooring, ceilings, partitions, and all timber trims.
Insulation Upgrade Throughout — Comprehensive insulation upgrade to walls, floors, and roof — dramatically improving the thermal performance and comfort of the home.
Staircase Replacement — Full replacement of the original staircase with a new bespoke timber staircase — a centrepiece of the renovated interior.
